Rules & Regulations :
1. Pregnant ladies and people with heart ailments and back problems should not take the Safari Truck Ride.
2. Visitors are required to hold on their children during the Safari Truck Ride.
3. Please refrain from throwing anything out of the truck during the Safari Truck Ride.
4. Visitors are required to keep their hands in the truck during the Safari Truck Ride.
5. In event of continuous rain or tunderstorm, where for safety reason all parks facilities cannot be operated, no refund of any kind will be allowed.
6. The Management will no be held liable for any injuries, mishap or loss/damage of any kind arising from the use of the park facilities (including the negligence of staff) in the park premisesor vicinity.
7. The maximum boat capacity to the Monkey Island is not more than 15 passengers only (including adult and children).
8. All visitors are required to wear the life jackets provided during the Raft Ride to Monkey Island.
9. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE ANIMALS - Most of the animals here have sharp teeth and claws, and most can bite without warning. Do respect them and do not try to touch or hurt them.
10. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS - All the animals here receive special diets. Giving wrong food to them can do more harm than good. Visitors can only feed the animals with the feed provided by the park.
11. Visitors are refrained from picking flowers, leaves, collect eggs, feathers and plants or even pull the feathers/fur off any animal.
12. Other animals are not permitted to be brought into the park.
13. The Management reserves the right to restrict or evict any person contravening the rules and regulations of the park.
